I submit the following as bid for the purchase of the approximately 60 Acre Parcel in the Hezekiah Cartwright Survey, Abstract 83, Sabine County, Texas, and/or the approximately 130 Acre Parcel in the John McAdams Jr. Survey, Abstract 159, Sabine County, Texas as further described in the corresponding sale prospectus.

If my bid is accepted, I am willing to sign and execute an Earnest Money contract within 72 hours of accepted Bid in the amount of 5% of purchase price.

Sale Closing to be held within thirty days of bid acceptance.
